IFTC Antalya – Celebrating the progress!
IFTC Management was in Antalya Free Zone last week to visit IFTC Antalya construction site.
The good news about the progress of the construction deserved a celebration: the steel construction of IFTC’s Green Modular Simulator Center is complete, thus, the highest point of the building is reached.
The construction company Topçu İnşaat organized a celebration event.
IFTC Management, Freebird Management, regional directors of the banks, representatives of Antalya airline companies and representatives of Antalya Free Zone companies were all present in IFTC Antalya construction site to celebrate and wish good luck to IFTC Antalya.

Highest point reached in construction of IFTC Antalya!
The construction of IFTC’s Green Modular Simulator Center continues as planned.
After the foundation was laid in past weeks another important phase of the construction is completed.
The steel construction is now complete, thus, the highest point reached in construction of IFTC Antalya.

IFTC Antalya in Construction
Gözen Holding is proud to announce that construction has begun on IFTC Antalya, IFTC’s Green Modular Simulator Center Project.
This self-sustaining and remotely managed building is part of our total green concept, which features green training, green commuting and green accommodation.
A synthesis of Dutch and Turkish design, technology and entrepreneurship makes the IFTC Antalya Project unique, and this collaboration is especially meaningful in the year that we celebrate 400 years of diplomatic relations between our two countries.
IFTC Antalya will be fully operational by the end of June, 2012.

ITAR & EAR Training in Turkey
We’d like to welcome you on 16-17th of May, 2012 to the training conference “ITAR & EAR TRAINING: The Effects of US & EU’s Export Control Rules and Regulations on Purchasing and Leasing Contracts in Defense & Civil Aviation Industries” at IFTC Istanbul. This training will be organized for the first time in Turkey by IFTC Istanbul in cooperation with one of the prestigious law firms of United States, Holland&Hart.
The training will be held in IFTC Istanbul and it will gather senior officials, industry leaders, program managers, contract and sales managers from civil aviation and defense industries together. Experts will provide you valuable insights about US and EU’s export control rules and regulations to meet your compliance obligations in civil aviation and defense industries.
Our expert speakers will focus on the subjects as, international contractual issues; EAR (Export Administration Regulations); US and EU’s export/import control rules and regulations’ effects on purchasing, aircraft leasing, logistic support and technical information sharing; and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Level D Certificate for B737 Simulator Granted
IFTC Istanbul’s Boeing 737 Level C (Certificate No: FR-157 Z) simulator was upgraded to Level D by technical inspectors of French DGAC.
We have received the Level D certificate from French Civil Aviation Authority. Now both B737-NG simulators of IFTC Istanbul have Level D certificates.

IFTC is proud to announce Flyanairliner and IFTC Partnership
IFTC Istanbul CEO Marty Van Veluw, IFTC Istanbul General Manager Cengiz Arbaç and Flyanairliner Managing Director Vincent Ruiz built the partnership between IFTC and Flyanairliner, the largest provider of simulator experiences and corporate events in Northern Europe.
Flyanairliner Managing Director Vincent Ruiz was in IFTC Istanbul facilities on August 17, 2011 to present and introduce Flyanairliner to IFTC Istanbul staff.
Flyanairliner was created in 2009 in Amsterdam Schiphol and now is becoming global with its centers in Amsterdam, Paris, Lyon, Istanbul and Singapore. Flyanairliner is the largest company offering access to private individuals and companies to the Level D type of full flight simulators (FFS) in Europe.

The services provided by Flyanairliner are:
- FFS experience
- Executive leadership assessment
- Fear of flying courses
- Corporate events/incentives

A320 Level C and Level D recurrent certificates issued
IFTC Istanbul received the extended certificates from French DGAC for Airbus 320 Level C and Level D simulators.
- The certificates of A320 Level C simulator with CFM56-B4 engine and A320 Level D simulator with IAE 2527-A5 engine are extended until 31 July 2013.
- The certificates of A320 Level C simulator with IAE V2527-A5 engine and A320 Level D simulator with CFMI CFM 56-5-B4 engine are extended until 31 July 2012.
