Heavy Flood Knocks on the IFTC’s door

As Istanbul residents, we all were impressed by the splendid arrival of the Autumn. The last sunny day we saw was on 31st of August, namely the last day of the Summer. And Autumn took attention on itself in its first day: on 1st of September.
